Being an Assistant Director fulfills me in different ways than being a performer or a content creator.

 

By engaging in a production under this role, I have an eye in every department so it can run efficiently and smoothly. As the director’s right hand man I get to see the universe we’re creating through another perspective. I strongly believe trust, vulnerability, and social skills are needed to be an AD.
